As a stockholder backed by a government guarantee, ELG is obliged to accord non-discriminatory treatment to its customers in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the Assumption of Stockholding Obligations approved by ordinance of the economics minister.
To protect data entrusted to it by customers, ELG is prohibited by Section 9(1)(9) Erdölbevorratungsgesetz 2012 [Oil Stockholding Act 2012] from disclosing information on delegations and related data, except to the competent authorities.
